摘　　要：基于史料分析,试图对柳士英城市规划实践进行较为系统的梳理,并讨论其当代启示。研究显示:作为一代宗师,柳士英不仅在建筑方面有着突出贡献,还拥有较为丰富的城市规划实践探索,包括主持和参与《苏州工务计划设想》、湖南大学辰溪校区校园规划、湖南大学南校区校园规划与华中工学院校园规划等,涉及总体规划和详细规划两个层面,涵盖宏观、中观和微观尺度。柳士英在我国现代城市规划早期发展史上占有重要而独特的地位,其既没有完全照搬西方经验,也没有完全抛弃传统,而是力图在传统与现代、国际和本土之间为我国城市和校园现代化转型寻求一种可能和方案。柳士英城市规划探索不仅有着重要的历史价值,其思想遗产对思考当代城市规划问题和规划师职业发展问题也有着重要的启示。Based on the historical analysis,this paper attempts to systematically study on Liu Shiying′s urban planning practices.As a grandmaster,Liu Shiying not only made outstanding contributions to architecture,but also had many practices in urban planning mainly including"Suzhou City Master Plan","Hunan University Chenxi Campus Plan","Hunan University South Campus Plan","Huazhong Institute of Technology Plan"and so on,which involve the master plan and the detailed plan,covering the macro,meso and micro scale.Liu Shiying had an important and unique position in the early history of modern urban planning in China.He neither completely imitated the western experience nor absolutely abandoned the tradition,but tried to find a possibility for the modernization transformation of cities and campuses in China.Liu Shiying′s legacy in urban planning not only has an important historical value,but also enlightens us today in thinking out current problems of cities and planners.
