摘　　要：“地摊经济”与城市治理的矛盾成为“后疫情时期”大众热议的话题。回溯历史,市场摊区伴随人类进步与城市文明发展的同时,逐步衍生出“贸易—商贸—大宗期货”、“实体经济—虚拟经济”等多种发展的形式与类型,成为城市、区域或国家经济与社会生活的重要载体。通过对市场与城市相辅相成的发展演化过程进行分析,从市场摊区衍生空间角度提出了“易货空间—商业空间—民生活力空间体系”的发展趋势,以城市治理策略和城市活力场所营造为出发点,提出了“活力文化认知、民生服务空间层级化布局、市场摊区与城市的互馈机制、政策干预与测度分析研究”等规划策略。The contradiction between"stall economy"and urban governance has become a hot topic in the"post epidemic period".Looking back on history,with the progress of mankind and the development of urban civilization,stall market have gradually derived various forms and types of development,such as"trade-commerce-bulk futures","real economy-virtual economy",and become an important carrier of urban,regional or national economic and social life.Through the analysis of the development and evolution process of market and urban development,this paper puts forward the development trend of"barter space-commercial space-livelihood vitality space system"from the perspective of market derived space,Based on the urban governance strategy and the construction of urban dynamic places,this paper puts forward planning strategies such as vitality culture cognition,hierarchical layout of people′s livelihood service space,mutual feed mechanism between stall market and cities,research on supporting tools of policy intervention and measurement analysis.
