摘　　要：存量时代下的社区更新从空间导向的蓝图式规划转向人本导向的参与式营造。引入社会网络分析工具,对行动者社会网络结构特征进行全过程、多层次、动态化对比研究。分析表明,社区营造更能提升社会网络关联性,是控制网络均衡性的弹性手段。地方归属感的重建能加强社会网络的稳定性。制度设计的完善能丰富社区参与的层次性。不同的价值驱动造就了个体链接度的差异化。个体枢纽度的提升源自空间的触媒作用与时间资本的累积。研究表明:社区更新应充分发挥公共空间的触媒作用,鼓励加大时间资本的投入,并引导社会力量参与推动地方治理共同体的重构。With the transformation of China′s urban development mode from rapid expansion and extensive growth to sustainable regeneration and quality improvement,the community regeneration model has shifted from space-oriented blueprint planning to human-oriented participatory building.This paper introduces community network analysis(SNA)to conduct a whole process,multi-level and dynamic comparative study on the structural characteristics of actors′social network.The analysis shows that community empowerment can improve the relevance of social network more than spatial practice,and it is a flexible means to control the balance of the network.Restoring a belonging sense of place can strengthen the stability of social networks.The improvement of institutional design can enrich the levels of community participation.The value driving of different participation stages creates differences in individual link degrees.The improvement of individual pivot degree comes from the catalyst effect of space and the accumulation of time capital.The research brings important enlightenment to the participatory community regeneration in the inventory era.Firstly,the catalyst role of public space in the community regeneration should be brought into full play.Secondly,the investment of time capital in the participatory community regeneration should be encouraged.Thirdly,social forces should be encouraged to participate in the reconstruction of local governing communities.
