摘  要:位于安徽淮南市上窑镇等地的寿州窑是古代著名的窑口,以烧制黄釉瓷著称于世。实验采用能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪(EDXRF)对安徽寿州窑考古发掘出土的59件黄釉瓷标本的胎釉组成进行了测试分析。结果表明寿州窑出土黄釉瓷胎体符合北方瓷器胎体特征,即采用了高岭土类原料制胎;寿州窑黄釉属于高钙釉,但未采用南方以唐代越窑青瓷为代表的制胎原料与钙质原料混合的釉料配方,而采用或借鉴了北方地区的制釉技术。从科学技术角度揭示了唐代寿州窑瓷器的胎釉原料与制瓷技术特征,这对于补充和完善中国古陶瓷科技发展史具有非常重要的意义。Shouzhou kiln located in Shangyao Town,Huainan City,Anhui Province is very famous for firing yellow glazed porcelain in ancient times.In this work,59 yellow glazed porcelain specimens unearthed from the archaeological excavation of Shouzhou kiln was tested and analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(EDXRF).The results show that the yellow glaze porcelain bodyaccords with the characteristics of the northern porcelain body and kaolin raw materials were used to make the bodies of Shouzhou yellow glazed porcelains.The yellow glaze has the characteristic of high calcium but it did not adopt the glaze formula of mixing bodies and calcium raw materials which was used by Yue celadon in Tang Dynasty.In fact,the glaze technology of Shouzhou kiln use reference from the north.This paper reveals the raw materials of body glaze and the technical characteristics of porcelain making in Shouzhou kiln of tang Dynasty from the angle of science and technology,which is of great significance to supplement and improve the development history of Chinese ancient ceramic science and technology.
