智慧社区养老服务模式构建研究——以天津市中新生态城季景社区为例

摘　　要：运用信息技术构建智慧社区养老服务模式以解决传统养老模式困境是大势所趋。本研究基于多中心理论和无缝隙组织再造理论,采用案例分析法,通过分析天津季景社区智慧养老服务模式,构建理论框架。研究发现:社区多个养老服务主体相互独立又联系紧密,具有较强的互动性;智慧技术与养老服务的融合满足了老年人差异化需求,并畅通了其与服务主体的沟通渠道。本研究为丰富养老服务模式和深化理论研究提供了方向,为指导构建新型养老服务模式和推动公共服务社区化提供了参考。Using information technology to build a smart community elderly care service model to solve the plight of the traditional elderly care model is the general trend. Based on the multi center theory and seamless organization reengineering theory, this study uses the case analysis method to build a theoretical framework by analyzing the intelligent elderly care service model of Tianjin Jijing community. The study found that many elderly care service subjects in the community are independent and closely linked with strong interaction. The integration of smart technology and elderly care services meets the differentiated needs of the elderly and unblocks their communication channels with service subjects. This study provides a direction for enriching the elderly care service model and deepening theoretical research, and provides a reference for guiding the construction of a new elderly care service model and promoting the community-based public services.
