摘 要:[目的]整体评价江汉水牛的生产性能,为江汉水牛的选育和利用提供科学依据。[方法]对江汉水牛生产性能进行测定,并与其他水牛品种的生产性能进行比较。[结果]江汉水牛体型体重较大,整体结构合理,母牛生长速度略快于公牛;生长性能比较,江汉水牛体重、体躯指数、胸围指数和管围指数均大于摩拉水牛;乳用性能比较,总产乳量、月均产乳量和标准乳量均高于温州水牛,但均低于滇东南水牛,乳脂率低于温州水牛和滇东南水牛;屠宰性能比较,江汉水牛活重、胴体重和骨重均高于温州水牛和滇东南水牛,眼肌面积高于温州水牛;屠宰率、净肉率、胴体产肉率和肉骨比均低于温州水牛和滇东南水牛,眼肌面积低于滇东南水牛。[结论]江汉水牛具有较好的乳用价值和肉用价值,但与优良品种相比较还有一定的差距,应加强品种选育,提高其乳用和肉用性能。[Objectives] In order to evaluate the production performance of Jianghan buffalo and provide scientific basis for breeding and utilization of the buffalo.[Methods] The production performance of Jianghan buffalo was measured and compared with that of other buffalo varieties.[Results] Jianghan buffalo had larger body weight and reasonable overall structure.The growth rate of female buffalo was slightly faster than that of male.Compared with the growth performance,the body weight,body index,chest circumference index and tube circumference index of Jianghan buffalo were higher than those of Mora buffalo.In milk performance comparison,total milk yield,monthly milk yield and standard milk yield were higher than Wenzhou buffalo,but lower than Dian Southeast buffalo,milk fat percentage was also lower than Wenzhou buffalo and Dian Southeast buffalo.In slaughter performance comparison,carcass weight and bone weight of Jianghan buffalo were higher than Wenzhou buffalo and Dian Southeast buffalo,and eye muscle area was higher than Wenzhou buffalo.However,the slaughter rate,net meat rate,carcass meat yield and meat to bone ratio were all below those of Wenzhou buffalo and Dian Southeast buffalo,and eye muscle area was lower than that of Dian Southeast buffalo.[Conclusions] Jianghan buffato has better milk value and meat value,but there is still a certain gap compared with the superior breeds.It is necessary to strengthen breed selection and improve its milk and meat performance.
