摘　　要：[目的]探讨甲孕酮联合二联抗生素(甲硝唑+头孢曲松钠)治疗牛急性子宫内膜炎的临床效果。[方法]将确诊患有急性子宫内膜炎的病牛57头,分为2组,Ⅰ组观察组,患病母牛31头,用甲羟孕酮联合二联抗生素治疗;Ⅱ组为对照组,患病母牛26头,二联抗生素治疗;Ⅲ组为健康对照组,健康母牛8头,不用药治疗。甲羟孕酮混饲,20 mg/d,连服15 d;甲硝唑注射液,5~6 g/头,24 h/次,连用5~7 d,静脉滴注;头孢曲松粉针,3~5 g/头,24 h/次,连用5~7 d;并对母牛进行发情观察和人工授精配种。[结果]观察组临床治疗有效率为93.55%,对照组临床治疗有效率为80.77%,2组相比差异显著;观察组、对照组和健康对照组母牛发情率分别为79.31%、71.43%和75.00%;配种受胎率分别为65.22%、66.67%和66.67%;产活犊率分别为93.33%、90.00%和100%,3组各项指标无显著性差异。[结论]甲羟孕酮片联合二联抗生素治疗母牛急性子宫内膜炎疗效显著,效果优于单独使用二联抗生素,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。[Objectives] To investigate the clinical effect of medroxyprogesterone combined with dual antibiotics(metronidazole+ceftriaxone sodium) in the treatment of bovine acute endometritis.[Methods] ①Fifty seven cows with acute endometritis were divided into two groups.In group Ⅰ was the observation group,31 cows were treated with medroxyprogesterone combined with dual antibiotics.Group Ⅱ was the control group,26 cows were treated with duai antibiotics.Group Ⅲ was the healthy control group with 8 healthy cows,which were not treated with medicine.Medroxyprogesterone mixed feeding,20 mg/d,for 15 days,Metronidazole injection,5-6 G/head,24 h/time,continuous use for 5-7 days,intravenous drip.Ceftriaxone powder injection,3-5 g/head,24 h/time,for 5-7 days.②Oestrus observation and artificial insemination of cows were carried out.[Results]①The clinical treament effective rate of the observation group was 93.55% and the clinical treatment effective rate of the control group was 80.77%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).② The oestrus rates of cows in observation group,control group and healthy control group were 79.31%,71.43% and 75.00% respectively.The conception rates of mating were 65.22%,66.67% and 66.67% respectively.The live calving rates were 93.33%,90.00% and 100% respectively.There was no significant difference in the indicators of the three groups(P>0.05).[Conclusions]Medroxyprogesterone tablets combined with dual antibiotics have significant curative effect in the treatment of cow acute endometritis.The effect is better than that of dual antibiotics alone.It has high safety and clinical value.
