摘  要:[目的]探寻鱼源乳酸菌与嗜水气单胞菌二者之间的相关性。[方法]采用琼脂扩散法开展体外抑制试验,比对法开展影响因素试验。[结果]鱼源乳酸菌对嗜水气单胞菌有较强的抑制作用;鱼源乳酸菌产酸强度越大,抑制作用越强;嗜水气单胞菌浓度越大,抑制作用越弱。[结论]鱼源乳酸菌可以抑制嗜水气单胞菌的生长,且对低浓度的嗜水气单胞菌抑制效果尤佳。[Objectives]In order to explore the correlation between fish-derived lactic acid bacteria and Aeromonas hydrophila,the inhibitory effect of fish-derived lactic acid bacteria on Aeromonas hydrophila in vitro was tested.[Methods]In vitro inhibition test was performed by agar diffusion method,experiment on influencing factors by comparison method.[Results]F ish-derived lactic acid bacteria had a strong in-hibitory effect on Aeromonas hydrophila.The higher the acid production intensity of fish-derived lactic acid bacteria,the stronger the inhibition effect.The higher the concentration of A eromonas hydrophila,the weaker the inhibition.[Conclusions]Fish-derived lactic acid bacteria can inhibit the growth of Aeromonas hydrophila,especially at low concentrations.
