摘  要:目的建立测定复方双嘧达莫乳膏中双嘧达莫、盐酸达克罗宁、消旋山莨菪碱3种主要成分含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为InertSustain C色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH值至3.0),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm和220 nm,柱温为25℃。结果双嘧达莫、盐酸达克罗宁、消旋山莨菪碱分别在247.4~1484.4μg/mL、24.2~145.2μg/mL、50.0~250.0μg/mL浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994、r=0.9998、r=0.9995),加样回收率分别为99.6%、99.5%、99.1%。结论RP-HPLC方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确,可用于复方双嘧达莫乳膏的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of dipyridamole,dyclonine hydrochloride and raceanisodamine in compound dipyridamole cream.Methods RP-HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Inert Sustain C18 column with methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH was adjusted to 3.0 by phosphoric acid)as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and 220 nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range was 247.4~1484.4μg/ml(r=0.9994)for dipyridamole,24.2~145.2μg/ml(r=0.9998)for dyclonine hydrochloride,and 50.0-250.0μg/mL(r=0.9995)for raceanisodamine.The average recoveries were 99.6%,99.5%,and 99.1%.Conclusion RP-HPLC method is simple,reproducible,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of compound dipyridamole cream.
