摘  要:为了缓解某1000 MW超超临界锅炉过热器减温水量偏大的问题,在合理组织燃烧的基础上,从炉膛与烟道A/B侧烟温偏差、总风量、水煤比、风煤比和二次风门挡板开度等方面着手,进行了燃烧调整试验。试验结果表明,在相同负荷下,通过调整,一级减温水调节阀门开度由62%降低至49%,二级减温水阀门开度由22%降低至15%,三级减温水阀门开度由66%降低至59%,且再热汽温得到提升,出现减温水,入炉煤总给煤量由374 t/h降低至368 t/h。若将二次风门挡板开度投入自动,则会进一步改善锅炉燃烧的动态响应。该燃烧调整试验可为同类型锅炉调整减温水用量提供参考。In order to alleviate the problem of excessive desuperheater water volume in a 1000 MW ultra supercritical boiler,based on the perspective of rational combustion organization,the combustion adjustment test was carried out from the aspects of flue gas temperature deviation between the furnace and the flue A/B side,total air volume,water coal ratio,air coal ratio and the opening of the secondary air valve baffle.The results show that,under the same load through the adjustment,the opening level of the first-stage desuperheater control valve is reduced from 62%to 49%,the opening level of the second-stage desuperheater valve is reduced from22%to 15%,and the opening level of the third-stage desuperheater valve is reduced from 66%to 59%,and the reheat steam temperature is increased,the desuperheater water of reheat steam appears,and the raw coal feeding rate is reduced from 374 t/h to 368 t/h.If the opening level of the secondary air valve baffle is automatic,the combustion dynamic response of the boiler will be further improved.The combustion adjustment test can provide reference for the same type boiler to adjust the desuperheating water consumption.
