某660MW“W”火焰锅炉启动节油的优化实践

摘  要:某火电厂660 MW机组“W”火焰锅炉机组投产以来,锅炉冷态启动过程燃油消耗量较大,机组启动成本较高。为降低锅炉冷态启动燃油消耗量,降低机组启动能耗,对该厂660 MW机组“W”火焰锅炉冷态启动过程进行了深入研究。通过对同区域内同类型电厂锅炉启动数据进行统计对标分析,对该厂多次锅炉冷态启动过程数据进行统计,并利用“鱼骨分析”法和“三维打分”法进行了分析,从锅炉启动投粉时机、启动用煤挥发分、点火油枪出力、点火枪故障等多个方面重点分析机组启动过程燃油消耗大的原因,并制定了一系列针对性措施。在后续多次锅炉冷态启动过程中,采取了制定的一系列节油针对措施,该厂660 MW机组“W”火焰锅炉冷态启动过程燃油消耗量大幅降低,启动平均油耗下降66 t/次,且加快了机组的启动速度,实现了机组启动能耗降低的目标。Since the“W”flame boiler of the 660 MW unit in a plant was put into operation,the fuel consumption of boiler cold start process was large and the unit start-up cost was high.In order to reduce the fuel consumption of boiler cold start and reduce the unit start-up energy consumption,the cold start-up process of the“W”flame boiler of the 660 MW unit in the plant was deeply studied.Based on the statistical benchmarking analysis of the boiler start-up data of the same type of power plant in the same area,the data of the cold start-up process of the boiler for many times in the plant were counted and analyzed by using the“fishbone analysis”method and“three-dimensional scoring”method.The reasons of large fuel consumption during unit startup were analyzed from many aspects such as the boiler start-up and pollination time,the volatile matter of the coal used for start-up,the output of the ignition oil gun,the failure of the ignition gun.A series of targeted measures were formulated.During the subsequent cold start-up of several boilers,a series of oil-saving measures were taken.During the cold start-up of the“W”flame boiler of the 660 MW unit in the plant,the fuel consumption was greatly reduced,the average starting fuel consumption was reduced by 66 tons/time,and the starting speed of the unit was accelerated,and achieved the goal of reducing unit start-up energy consumption.
