摘 要:某300 MW火电机组高压导汽管多条焊缝存在十余条纵向、横向裂纹,开裂严重。为查清失效原因,对焊缝进行宏观检查、理化分析并结合技术改造、检修运行等情况,分析认为:管道技术改造设计不合理、材质及尺寸变化频繁、组对焊接等安装不规范造成结构及焊接应力叠加,是焊缝开裂失效的主要原因。结合部件特点,制定专项技术方案进行消缺补焊等处理。根据失效及结构现状,提出了对管道进行设计分析再论证、完善技术改造相关资料、跟踪监督检测、建立专项监督台账等建议措施,供发电企业及相关从业人员借鉴参考。More than ten longitudinal and transverse cracks in several weldswere founded in high pressure steam guide of a 300MW thermal power unit,which failure cracking was serious.In order to find out the cause of failure,it conducted macro inspection of weld,physical and chemical testing and analysiscombining withtechnical transformation,maintenance and operation,etc.The analysis concluded that the main reason of weld cracking failure was caused by unreasonable design of pipeline technical transformation,frequent change of material andstructure and welding stress superposition.Combined with Characteristics of parts,a special technical scheme had been formulated to eliminate,repair and weld the cracks and so on.According to the failure and structure status,some suggestions were put forward,such as design reanalysis and argumentation of pipeline,improvement of relevant data of technical transformation,tracking supervision and inspection,establishment of special supervision ledger,etc.,which could be used for reference by power generation enterprises and relatedprofessionals.
