摘　　要：青年租住屋一直备受青年群体及社会的关注,因为这直接关系到青年群体的居住品质及社会安定。文章基于轻装修重装饰理念,结合青年群体的租居需求,从青年租住屋的设计原则,即个性化、多功能、经济性、品质性四个原则展开讨论。以期在一定程度上缓解青年群体的住房压力,满足青年群体对租住屋居住品质的追求,提升青年群体的居住满意度。Youth rental house has always been concerned by youth groups and society,which is directly related to the living quality and social stability of youth groups.Based on the concept of light decoration and heavy decoration,combined with the rental needs of youth groups,this paper discusses the design principles of youth rental housing,namely personalization,multi-function,economy and quality.In order to alleviate the housing spiritual pressure of youth groups to a certain extent,meet the pursuit of rental house quality of youth groups,and improve the housing satisfaction of youth groups.
