老幼代际共享模式下的社区中心设计探究

摘　　要：随着社会老年人口比例的不断上升、二胎政策的全面开放及三胎政策的出台,使得我国家庭结构产生了一系列变化,人们对营造老幼代际共享的社区空间有了更高的要求。文章首先阐述了老幼代际共享理论及研究意义,并以社区中心为主要研究对象,分析了当前国内社区中心设计的现状。然后从老幼代际共享模式出发对社区中心的需求进行研究总结,提出老幼代际共享模式下的社区中心设计策略。以期有效地促进老幼群体的健康发展,建设友好的社区中心。With the increasing proportion of the elderly population,the comprehensive opening of the two child policy and the introduction of the three child policy,great changes have taken place in the family structure,and people have a higher demand for creating a community space shared between the old and the young generations.The article first expounds the theory and research significance of the old and young intergenerational sharing,and takes the community center as the main research object,analyzes the current domestic community center design status,and then studies and summarizes the needs of the community center from the old and young intergenerational sharing,put forward the design strategy of community center under the sharing mode between old and young generations.In order to effectively promote the healthy development of the old and young groups,the construction of friendly community center.
