摘　　要：文章基于服务设计理论,以现有机器人餐厅服务为参考,重新构建服务系统、规划并整合服务流程。通过改变就餐行为模式,创造全新的就餐体验,创新餐厅经营状态,以扩大服务影响力,提高可移动机器人餐厅的市场竞争力,并为餐饮行业的发展提供新的探索方向。Based on the theory of service design,this paper takes the existing robot restaurant service as a reference,rebuilds the service system,plans and integrates the service process.By changing the dining behavior mode,creating a new dining experience,innovating the restaurant operation status,to expand the service influence,improve the market competitiveness of the mobile robot restaurant,and provide a new exploration direction for the development of the catering industry.
