摘　　要：辊式淬火机作为钢板调质线的核心设备,是当前耐磨钢淬火生产的首选,薄规格耐磨钢均匀化控制技术则是钢板淬火的核心技术。针对薄规格淬火钢板存在上表面条状水印的技术难题,通过水印色差产生机理分析和淬火机槽辊辊型、布置方式、工艺辊缝等的优化调整,成功消除了表面条带状水印,开发出硬度及力学性能均匀性优良的调质钢板。As the core equipment in the hardening line of steel plate,the roller quenching machine is the currently preferred choice for wear resistant steel quenching,while the homogenization control technique for light gauge wear resistant steel is the core technique in the field of steel plate quenching.For the technical problem of strip watermark on upper surface of light gauge quenching plate,optimization adjustment is performed on groove roller profile,arrangement and technological roller gap of the quenching machine,the strip watermarks on plate surface are successfully eliminated,the hardening plate with good uniformity of hardness and mechanical properties is successfully developed.
