摘  要:区分研究对象和研究目的的不同,应力的表述形式可以而且应该采用不同的形式。根据轴对称工程现象和应力分布特点以及任一方向上正应力与三维应力的关系,导出适用于轴对称状态的正应力表示方法。根据该方法,轴对称三维应力状态能被表示为由4个正应力分量组成的张量,从而实现三维应力状态的正应力表示。在此基础上,开发出正四面体式、五棱台式、异形六面体式以及异形十二面体式共4种适用于轴对称状态的三维应力测试装置,并给出相应的测试案例。该文的研究丰富了应力状态理论及其表示方法和测试技术,为工程设计、施工和养护提供一种简捷、高效、可靠的测试手段。To discriminate between the object of study and the purpose of the study,the expression of stress can be in different forms.According to the phenomenon of axisymmetric engineering,the characteristics of stress distribution,and the relationship between normal stress and three-dimensional stress in any direction,the stress expression of axisymmetric state is derived.According to the method,the axisymmetric threedimensional stress state can be expressed as a tensor composed of four normal stress components,thus the normal stress representation of the three-dimensional stress state is realized.On this basis,four kinds of threedimensional stress testing devices suitable for axisymmetric state are developed,which are regular tetrahedron,pentagonal table,hexahedron and dodecahedron,and the corresponding test illustrations are given.The research of this paper enriches the theory of stress state and the testing technique,which provides a simple,efficient and reliable testing means for the engineering design,construction and maintenance.
