摘 要:该文针对栅区同时存在于纤芯和包层区域的芯包复合光纤光栅展开研究,利用纤芯失配机制建立双波长布拉格谐振与温度传感模型,使用波长800 nm、脉宽35 fs、重频1 kHz的飞秒激光逐线刻写,制备光栅栅距533 nm、栅线长度10μm、栅区长度2000μm的芯包复合光纤光栅,纤芯与包层布拉格谐振分别位于1542.07 nm、1540.09 nm,符合双波长谐振模型。在温度范围50~410℃、步长20℃的测试条件下研究芯包复合光纤光栅的温度特性。实验结果表明,双布拉格谐振波长均随温度升高而产生红移,且纤芯、包层谐振的温度灵敏度分别为10.22 pm/℃、10.45 pm/℃,符合器件温度传感模型预测。芯包复合光纤光栅能产生双峰反射光谱,实现单传感结构、双灵敏系数的功能性扩展,具有巨大的应用价值与潜力。This paper proposed a core-cladding composite fiber Bragg grating(FBG),whose grating area covers both the core and cladding.Firstly,the core mismatch mechanism is used to establish the dual wavelength Bragg resonances and temperature sensing model.Femtosecond laser with wavelength of 800 nm,pulse width of 35 fs and repetition frequency of 1 kHz is used for line-by-line inscription.A core-cladding composite FBG is fabricated with a line spacing of 533 nm,line length of 10μm,and grating length of 2000μm.The Bragg resonance of the core and cladding are located at 1542.07 nm and 1540.09 nm,respectively,which conforms to the dual wavelength resonance model.The temperature characteristics of the core-cladding composite FBG were investigated under temperature range 50-410℃with step of 20℃.Experimental results show that the wavelength of double Bragg resonances red-shift with the temperature increase.The temperature sensitivity of core/cladding resonance is 10.22/10.45 pm/℃,respectively,which is in accordance with the temperature sensing model prediction.The core-cladding composite FBG proposed in this paper can produce the reflection spectrum with bimodal distribution,realize the functional expansion of single sensing structure for double sensitivity coefficient,and has great application value and potential.
