流动注射仪在线测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂

摘　　要：为解决饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂测定过程烦琐、对环境有污染等问题,本文应用LACHAT公司的Quik Chem 8500S2型流动注射在线测定生活饮用水中的阴离子合成洗涤剂。结果发现,阴离子合成洗涤剂的浓度在0.025~1.000 mg·L^(-1)时,线性关系良好,标准曲线相关系数R2=0.9999,重复检测所得结果的RSD为2.203%,方法检出限为0.0011 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为94.5%~99.6%。说明应用流动注射在线测定生活饮用水中的阴离子合成洗涤剂结果准确、方便快捷,便于批量测试样品,污染小,效率高。In order to solve the problem that the determination process of anion synthetic detergent in drinking water is complicated and has pollution to the environment.The flow injection analysis of Quik Chem 8500S2 for the on-line determination of anionic synthetic detergents in drinking water was carried out.The results showed that when the concentration of anionic synthetic detergent was 0.025~1.000 mg·L^(-1),the linear relationship was good,the correlation coefficient of standard curve R2=0.9999,the RSD of repeated detection results was 2.203%,the detection limit of the method was 0.0011 mg·L^(-1),and the recovery rate ranged from 94.5%to 99.6%.It shows that the online determination of anion synthetic detergent in drinking water by flow injection was accurate.The method was convenient and quick.This method is easy to batch test samples,low pollution,high efficiency.
