摘 要:本研究以南充市某高职学院为例,对在校学生早餐用餐情况进行调查,为进一步提升早餐质量、改善大学生早餐食用现状提供依据。本研究采用问卷调查法,收回442份大学生早餐用餐调查问卷,通过SPSS 22.0进行数据分析。研究表明,大学生早餐就餐频次不高,对早餐的认知不够,以及对食堂满意度低。为改善该状况,建议学校应加强营养知识普及,提高学生重视早餐意识,同时改善早餐食物种类、推出多种早餐营养套餐,建立科学、合理的膳食结构。This study takes a higher vocational college in Nanchong city as an example to investigate the breakfast situation of school students,which provides a basis for further improving the quality of breakfast and improving the breakfast status of college students.In this study,442 questionnaires for college students eating breakfast were collected and analyzed through SPSS 22.0.The results of the study show that college students do not eat breakfast frequently,do not have enough understanding of breakfast,and are not satisfied with the college canteen.In order to improve this situation,it is suggested that the college should teach more about nutrition knowledge,improve students’awareness of eating breakfast,increase the types of breakfast food,launch a variety of nutritional breakfast packages,and establish a scientific and reasonable diet structure.
