摘　　要：通过分析我国高校教师党支部建设现状及存在的问题,结合高校教师岗位特征,提出促进党建和业务双融合的“支部+”党建工作模式,深化“支部+”基层党建工作模式的保障措施,推动高校党建工作质量全面提升。The paper tries to analyze the situation and problems of the Party branch building in vocational colleges. Then,combing with the characteristics of college teachers, the paper also recommends the "branch +" party building model so to promote the integration of Party building and teaching affairs. It is necessary to adopt some countermeasures to deepen grass-roots party building model. The aim is to promote the overall improvement of the quality of Party building in vocational colleges.
