摘 要:针对配电网单相接地故障精细处理的要求,研究了面向供电靠性指标的单相接地故障保护及馈线自动化配置方案。对配电网单相接地保护不同配置方案进行分析,分别计算了其停电户次数、停电户时数和供电可用率等相关指标,指出采用馈线出线开关与用户侧或分支开关配合方式提升供电可靠性更为显著。同时开展了馈线自动化终端对减小停电户时数指标的分析评估,指出配置不超过4个馈线终端能明显减少馈线的故障停电户时数。分析结果表明,采用变电站出线开关与用户侧开关或分支开关配合的单相接地保护方案可减少70%以上的馈线故障停电户次数,馈线自动化终端的协调配合可减少96%以上的故障停电户时数,有助于提升城市配电网的供电可靠性。According to the requirements of fine treatment of single-phase grounding fault(SPGF)in distribution network,the configuration scheme of the SPGF protection and feeder terminals based on power supply reliability index is proposed.The SPGF protection under different configuration schemes are analyzed,and the relevant indexes such as the average interruption times of customer(AITC-1),average interruption hours of customer(AIHC-1)and reliability on service(RS-3)are calculated respectively.It is more significant to improve the power supply availability by the cooperation between the substation outgoing switch and that at the user side or branch.At the same time,the analysis and evaluation of the index of reducing the AIHC-1 by feeder terminals are carried out,which shows that the scheme configured no more than 4 feeder terminals can significantly reduce the AIHC-1.The results show that the coordination mode of SPGF protection between substation outgoing switch and user side or branch switch can reduce the AITC-1 more than 70%,and the coordination with feeder terminal can reduce the AIHC-1 more than 96%,which helps to improve the power supply reliability in case of SPGF in urban distribution network.
