摘 要:设计了一种基于风功率的灵活调压迟滞控制策略,通过对风功率的特性进行分析,合理设定控制策略的相关参数,兼顾风功率波动对电压调节的影响,满足风电场半桥子模块柔性直流输电系统自主调压运行的需求。考虑半桥子模块MMC的控制特点,提出了调节直流运行电压同时调节子模块平均电压的控制方法,提高了降压运行情况下的调制比裕度。对降压前后控制保护特性进行比较,并提出基于保护特性的对比指标,降压运行后保护特性基本好于降压运行前,有效降低暂态过电压,常压运行下的控制保护配置可以兼容降压运行。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the wind power,sets the relevant parameters of the control strategy reasonably,considers the influence of wind power fluctuations on voltage regulation,meets the demand for independent voltage regulation operation of the MMC-HVDC,and designs a flexible hysteresis control strategy based on wind power.Considering the control characteristics of the half-bridge sub-module MMC,a control method of adjusting the DC operating voltage while adjusting the average voltage of the sub-module is proposed,which improves the modulation ratio margin under the step-down operation.Finally,the control and protection characteristics before and after the voltage drop are compared,and comparison indicators based on the four characteristics of the protection are proposed.The comparative study shows that the protection characteristics after the step-down operation are basically better than those before the step-down operation,and the transient overvoltage is effectively reduced.The control and protection configuration under normal voltage operation can be compatible with step-down operation.
