中医整体观在辅助生殖中的应用探讨

摘　　要：辅助生殖技术是临床医学、细胞遗传学、分子遗传学、护理学、免疫学等学科相关交叉的新兴前沿学科,是目前解决不孕不育的重要技术之一,其涉及的内容比较多,且诊疗流程相对复杂。因此,要求医生在患者就诊过程中需要以患者为中心,结合患者的家族史、疾病史、夫妻双方的生育史等,全面综合分析患者不孕不育的病因,并给出患者合理的治疗方案和下一步精准的指导建议。而中医的整体观则是将人视为完整的有机体,同时兼顾人与自然、社会环境的统一性,在指导疾病的诊断和治疗方面具有独特的优势。因此,在辅助生殖助孕过程中,可以通过将中医的整体思维和不孕不育的诊断、治疗相结合,能够提高不孕不育的诊断效率,并给患者合理的指导性建议,避免患者走弯路,从而形成以患者为中心的诊疗思路和策略,在指导不孕不育和辅助生殖诊疗相关临床实践过程中具有重要的意义。Assisted reproductive technology(ART)is currently one of the important technologies for solving infertility.It involves the knowledge of different disciplines including clinical medicine,cytogenetics,molecular genetics,nursing,immunology and others,as well as complicated diagnosis and treatment procedures.Therefore,doctors are required to know patients family history,disease history,and the reproductive history of both husband and wife,comprehensively analyze the cause of infertility,and then give the reasonable diagnosis and treatment strategies and appropriate suggestions.The holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine regards human as a whole organism.It puts importance on the unity of human,nature and social environment,which has unique advantages in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Therefore,in the process of ART,combining the diagnosis and treatment of infertility with the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the diagnosis efficiency of infertility,help offer reasonable treatment suggestions,and make the diagnosis and treatment of infertility more efficient.It has important significance for guiding the clinical practice of ART.
