摘　　要：伊拉克米桑油田布泽干终端有原油处理厂、天然气处理厂、水处理厂、电厂4个厂,如何保证正常电源丢失后各厂一级负荷和二级负荷的电力供应、避免安全生产事故及设备损失,是管理者要考虑的重要问题。通过介绍应急电站的设计依据、运行控制模式及实际运行情况,证明应急电站的建设取得了成功,希望能为同行提供参考和借鉴。There are four plants in Buzurgan Terminal of Iraq Missan oil fields: crude oil treatment plant, natural gas treatment plant, water treatment plant and power plant. How to ensure the power supply for the primary and secondary loads of each plant after the loss of normal power supply to avoid safety production accidents and equipment losses is an important issue for managers to consider. By introducing the design basis,operation control model and actual operation of the emergency power station, it is proved that the construction of the emergency power station has been successful, hoping to provide reference for peers.
