佛山市高明区18岁以下人群乙肝五项血清学标志物检测分析

摘　　要：目的:分析佛山市高明区18岁以下人群HBV感染情况,为本市区未成年人HBV预防保健措施提供依据。方法:选取2014年11月~2020年8月来我院体检的4406例18岁以下人群乙肝五项检测结果进行分析。结果:HBsAg阳性率为5.33%,且有逐年下降趋势(P<0.05)。15~18岁组乙肝五項阳性率最高,≤4岁年龄组易感率最低,5~14岁年龄组易感率最高(P-<0.05)。HBV血清标志物共检出9种常见、12种少见和2种罕见模式,常见模式检出率为98.18%,少见和罕见模式为1.82%。结论:本区18岁以下人群HBsAg的阳性率低于我国一般人群,易感人群主要集中在5~14岁人群中。因此,仍须加强乙肝的预防控制工作,减少HBV传播风险。Objective:To provides the basis of preventive and health care measures of HBV for minors in Gaoming district of Foshan City,we analyzed hepatitis B infection under 18 years old populations.Methods:We analyzed the results of HBV serological markers in 4406 patients under 18 years old from November 2014 to August 2020.Results:The positive rate of HBsAg was 5.33%and it has decreased year by year in different time periods(P<0.05).The highest positive rates of HBsAg anti-HBs,HBeAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc was found in the 15 to 18 years old group.The proportion of susceptible population in the≤4 years old was the lowest,and the highest proportion of susceptible population among 5 to 14 years old(P<0.05).There were 9 kinds of usual patterns,12 kinds of unusual patterns and 2 kinds of rare patterns of HBV serological markers.The detection rate of usual patterns was 98.18%and others patterns was 1.82%.Conclusion:The infection rate of the population under 18 years of age is lower than that of the general population in Gaoming District of Foshan city,the susceptible population mainly concentrated in 5 to 14 years old people,Accordingly,in order to reduce the risk of HBV transmission,prevention and control of hepatitis B need to be strengthened always.
