摘  要:黄河流域总体处于工业化中期阶段,工业绿色化是实现新型工业化和高质量发展的必然选择。选取2003—2018年黄河流域相关数据,基于非期望产出的DEA-SBM模型测算了黄河流域的工业绿色发展效率,运用空间自相关方法研究了其区域间的空间依赖性,通过构建Tobit回归模型分析了黄河流域工业绿色发展效率的影响因素。结果表明:黄河流域工业绿色发展效率先上升后下降再上升,总体表现为波动上升趋势;在空间上从下游、中游到上游工业绿色发展效率递减,呈现出由西向东逐渐递增的分布格局;黄河流域工业绿色发展效率全局莫兰指数在0.4左右,工业绿色发展效率具有较强的空间关联性;集聚类型主要为高高区域集聚和低低区域集聚,工业绿色发展水平具有较大的空间差异性;经济发展水平、环境规制和产业集聚对黄河流域工业绿色发展效率的提升具有促进作用,产业结构、科学投入水平、对外开放水平等因素对工业绿色发展效率产生负向影响。The Yellow River Basin is in the middle stage of industrialization on the whole,and industrial greening is the inevitable choice to realize new industrialization and high-quality development.Based on the relevant data of prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin from2003 to 2018,the DEA-SBM model based on undesired output was adopted to measure the industrial green development efficiency of the Yellow River Basin.Spatial autocorrelation was used to study the spatial dependence among regions and the influencing factors of industrial green development efficiency in the Yellow River Basin were analyzed by constructing Tobit regression model.The results show that a)the efficiency of industrial green development in the Yellow River Basin is firstly increased,then decreased and then increased,generally showing a fluctuating upward trend.b)The spatial distribution pattern is gradually increasing from west to east,decreasing from the lower reaches and middle reaches to the upper reaches.c)The Global Moran index of the Yellow River Basin fluctuates around 0.4 and the industrial green development efficiency has a strong spatial correlation.The agglomeration types are mainly high agglomeration and low agglomeration,and the industrial green development level has a large spatial difference.d)The levels of economic development,environmental governance and industrial agglomeration have promoting effects on the improvement of industrial green development efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.The factors of industrial structure,scientific investment level and opening to the outside world have a negative impact on the efficiency of industrial green development.
