摘  要:碧口水库是白龙江流域的重要防洪水利工程,但受常规防洪调度方式限制,水库防洪库容的调节作用不能充分发挥。基于动态规划算法开展碧口水库防洪优化调度研究,以最大削峰准则为目标,建立了水库下泄流量最大值最小模型,同时为解决动态规划求解时“离散度小求解精度低、离散度大计算时间长”的问题,提出了基于非均匀离散动态规划的模型求解方法。通过两场典型洪水过程验证表明,防洪优化调度可充分发挥有限防洪库容的调节作用,使20 a一遇洪水的削峰率达到50.4%,使5000 a一遇洪水的削峰率达到38.9%,相对于常规防洪调度方式不仅削峰效果显著,而且水库下泄流量过程更为平缓。Bikou Reservoir is an important water conservancy project of flood control in Bailong River Basin,but limited by the conventional flood control operation mode,the regulation role of flood control storage capacity cannot be brought into full play.In view of this,based on the dynamic programming algorithm,this paper carried out the research on the optimal flood control operation of Bikou Reservoir and established the minimum model of reservoir discharge based on the goal of maximum peak shaving criterion.At the same time,in order to solve the issue of“small discretization for low precision and large discretization for long calculation time”in the solution of dynamic programming,a new solution method based on non-uniform discrete dynamic programming was proposed.The results of two typical design flood processes show that the optimal flood control operation can give full play to the regulation role of limited flood storage capacity,so that the peak clipping rate of 20-year flood can reach 50.4%,and that of 5,000-year flood can reach 38.9%,which not only has remarkable peak clipping effect,but also the discharge process of the reservoir is more gentle than that the conventional flood control operation mode.
