摘 要:为探讨高聚物注浆技术在深水大坝水下混凝土裂缝修复中的可行性,本研究基于中心顶推试验和模型试验,对高聚物与混凝土界面的黏结性能及浆液在混凝土裂缝中的扩散规律进行了研究。结果表明:高聚物与混凝土界面的黏结力随高聚物密度的增大呈线性增加,但饱水情况下界面的黏结性能会降低;同时,高聚物浆液在干燥、潮湿或饱水的混凝土裂缝中都能快速填充完整,各测点压力随时间呈增大再减小并趋于稳定的趋势,同一时刻距离注浆口越远测点压力越小,并且水的存在会使浆液反应固化时间滞后,压力消散速率减缓;此外,高聚物密度分布在裂缝饱水情况下较为均匀,而干燥或潮湿时沿轴线先增大后呈双曲线递减,结合不同密度高聚物的力学性能证明了高聚物注浆技术对深水混凝土裂缝修复的有效性。In order to explore the feasibility of polymer grouting technology in the repair of underwater concrete cracks in deep-water dams,this paper was based on the central push test and model test to determine the bonding performance of the polymer and concrete interface and the grout in the concrete cracks.The law of diffusion was studied.The test results show that the bonding force of the interface between polymer and concrete increases linearly with the increase of polymer density,but it will reduce the bonding performance of the interface when saturated with water;at the same time,the polymer slurry will be dry and wet or waterlogged.The concrete cracks can be filled quickly and completely.The pressure of each measuring point first increases and then decreases with time,and then tends to stabilize.At the same time,the farther away from the grouting port,the lower the pressure of the measuring point,and the presence of water will make the slurry reaction solidification time lag,and the pressure dissipation rate slows down;in addition,the polymer density distribution is more uniform when the crack is saturated with water,while the density first increases along the axis and then decreases hyperbolicly when the crack is saturated with water,combined with the mechanics of polymers of different densities The performance proves the effectiveness of the polymer grouting technology in this paper for the repair of deep-water concrete cracks.
