摘  要:水利水电工程中金属结构设备分散且多样,设备设计、制造等全过程参与主体较多,信息资源量大,工程参与主体之间存在“信息孤岛”,信息化和数字化水平有待进一步提高。依托里底、乌东德水电站等工程,借助BIM技术对金属结构设备的模型数据库建设、工程图纸表达、数字化设计和移交等进行了研究。运用知识工程、人机工程仿真功能在虚拟产品体验、虚拟制造和运维等方面进行了BIM深化应用,以期为类似工程金属结构的BIM技术应用提供参考。Metal structure and equipment are scattered and diverse in hydropower and water conservancy projects.There are many participants and a large amount of information in the whole process of metal structure and equipment design and manufacturing.“Information islands”exist among project participants,and the level of informatization and digitization needs to be further improved.Relying on Lidi,Wudongde Hydropower Station and other projects,with the help of BIM technology,research was carried out in the aspects of model database construction,engineering drawing expression,digital design and handover of metal structure equipment.The simulation function of knowledge engineering and ergonomics was deeply applied in the aspects of virtual product experience,virtual manufacturing,operation and maintenance,in order to provide a reference for the application of BIM technology for the similar engineering metal structures.
