摘　　要：以信息化、智能化为目的的数字化精确塑性成形技术得到了快速发展,有限元模拟技术在该领域的作用越发凸显,南昌航空大学所开设的相关课程《材料成形CAE》至今已有十余年历史。将课程思政建设与该门课程相互融合,是响应习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想发展,并落实“立德树人”的根本任务。为此,围绕专业课程教学,本研究开展了课程思政建设的探索与实践。本文分别从CAE方法发展历史及趋势、塑性成形CAE力学基础与关键技术、高性能轻量化构件成形成性一体化制造及可持续发展需求、大小尺寸极端结合构件的成形模拟案例中,挖掘其中蕴含的思政元素。通过课堂隐性教学、录制示范视频及考核等方式展开课程思政的探索实践。“课程思政”建设的教学成果表明,该方案在增强学生的理论与专业实践综合能力的同时,有利于培养学生的“模具工匠”精神,提高学生的专业自信及责任担当,助力我国高性能轻量化制造及可持续发展。这对于提升我校塑性成形专业方向大学生的思想政治素质,弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神具有重要意义。The digital precise plastic forming technology with the purpose of information and intelligence has been developed rapidly.The role of the finite element simulation technique in this field is increasingly prominent,which has become an essential major course in many colleges and universities.The correlated course《Material Forming CAE》that has been offered in NanChang Hangkong university was last more than a decade.The mutual integration of ideological and political construction and this course is in response to the development of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era,meanwhile,is the fundamental task for implementing the strengthen moral education and cultivate people.The exploration and practice of the course for ideological and political construction has been carried out under the teaching of the major course.The ideological elements are dig out from the development history and trend of CAE method,CAE mechanics foundation and key technology of plastic forming,high-performance light-weight components with integrated manufacturing of shape and properties,the requirement of sustainable development,the forming simulation case of the component with size extreme combination,respectively.The teaching results of this course for ideological and political construction show that the“mold craftsman”spirit of the students can be adopted,the major confidence and responsibility can be improved.The high performance lightweight manufacturing and sustainable development of our country would boost.Under the circumstance,it is of great significant to improve the ideological and political quality,as well as carry forward the patriotism,cultivate the national spirit for the students in plasticity major field of our university.
