摘　　要：目的 分析黄浦区50岁及以上人群的衰弱状况。方法 于2018年1—5月在黄浦区(原卢湾的4个社区)随机抽取50岁及以上人群开展横断面调查,采用衰弱指数(frailty index,FI)描述人群衰弱情况。结果 837名调查对象,平均年龄(68.2±9.3)岁。衰弱率为13.3%(95%CI:11.0%~15.6%),FI值为0.11(95%CI:0.10~0.12),两者在性别分布上差异均无统计学意义(衰弱率:男vs女:11.5%vs 14.5%,χ^(2)=1.6,P=0.206;衰弱指数:男vs女:0.11 vs 0.11,t=-1.2,P=0.231),在高龄、离异(分居/丧偶)、文化程度低者中较高(P均<0.05)。结论 本调查描述了黄浦区50岁及以上社区人群衰弱率、衰弱指数的分布情况。黄浦区作为深度老龄化的中心城区之一,开展对社区老年高危人群的衰弱评估及干预显得尤为重要。Objective To analyze the frailty status of people aged 50 and above in Huangpu District.Methods From January to May 2018,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among the people aged 50 and above from four communities in Huangpu District(formerly Luwan District),Shanghai.The frailty index(FI) was used to describe the frailty of the participants.Results A total of 837 participants were included,with average age of(68.2±9.3) years.The overall prevalence of frailty was 13.3%(95% CI:11.0-15.6%) and the score of FI was 0.11(95% CI:0.10-0.12).There was no significant difference in gender distribution between the two(prevalence of frailty:male vs female:11.5% vs 14.5%,χ^(2)=1.6,P=0.206;FI:male vs female:0.11 vs 0.11,t=-1.2,P=0.231).However,the prevalence of frailty and FI were higher in those with advanced age,divorce(separated/widowed),and low educational level(all P<0.05).Conclusion This survey describes the distribution of the frailty rate and FI of the community population aged 50 and above in Huangpu District.Huangpu District,as one of the central urban areas with deep aging,it is particularly important to carry out frailty assessment and intervention for the elderly at high risk in the community.
