新时代高校榜样文化培育及其现实意义

摘　　要：大学生作为新时代历史征程的开拓者,党和国家对其提出了新的时代要求,在这个长知识、塑品格的关键阶段,他们肩负着民族振兴、文化传承的家国责任就更需要榜样的引领,因此新时代高校需要加强榜样文化培育,用我国先进榜样的精神事迹教育广大学生。榜样文化培育是从“知”到“行”的不断升华的过程,这一过程不仅能帮助大学生以榜样为镜,筑牢理想信念,还有助于高校思想政治工作顺利开展以及更好地践行社会主义核心价值观,对大学生、高校以及国家都大有裨益。College students,as the pioneers of the new era’s historical journey,the party and the state have put forward new requirements of the era.At this critical stage of gaining knowledge and shaping their characters,they shoulder the responsibility of national revitalization and cultural inheritance,which needs the guidance of role models.Therefore,colleges and universities in the new era need to strengthen the cultivation of role models and educate students with the spiritual deeds of my country’s advanced role models.The cultivation of role model culture is a process of continuous sublimation from theory to practice.This process can not only help college students to strengthen their correct ideals and beliefs,but also contribute to the smooth development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities so as to better practice socialist core values.It is of great significance to college students,universities and the country.
