摘 要:以常规的多节带状线耦合器为基础,增加了渐变线耦合结构,有效地减小了耦合器体积,设计了一种新型3.2~9.7 GHz的小型化10 dB定向耦合器。利用多节耦合器设计理论分析耦合节数,通过加入渐变结构得到小型化的宽带耦合器。用电磁仿真软件HFSS进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该耦合器具备良好宽带特性,同时有效减小了耦合器体积。根据仿真结果加工了样机,样机测试结果与仿真结果基本一致。A new type of miniaturized 10 dB directional coupler of 3.2~9.7 GHz is designed based on the conventional multi-section stripe-line coupler,with the addition of a tapered line coupling structure,which could effectively reduce the size of the coupler.Firstly,the section number of the coupler is analyzed by using the multi-section coupler design theory.Then,the miniaturized broadband coupler is obtained by adding the tapered structure.The electromagnetic simulation software HFSS was used for simulation.The simulation results show that the coupler has good broadband characteristics and effectively reduces the size of the coupler.Finally,a prototype is machined according to the simulation results,and the test results of the prototype are consistent with the simulation results.
