摘  要:针对雷达散射截面(Radar Cross Section,RCS)精度评定不足的问题,提出了一种RCS测量精度的评定方法。通过雷达观测合作目标,获取初始RCS测量值,利用莱特准则,对测量值进行野值剔除,得到优化后的RCS测量值;在合作目标的RCS基准库中,使用插值方法得到对应观测时段的RCS基准值;利用优化后的RCS观测值和基准值,计算有效观测时段的RCS观测精度,通过计算系统差和随机差来评定雷达的RCS测量精度;将该方法应用于地面多套雷达,计算结果满足装备指标要求,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。For the lack of accuracy evaluation of Radar Cross Section(RCS),a method of measuring accuracy evaluation of RCS is proposed.Through observing the cooperative target by radar,the initial RCS measurement value is obtained.The optimized RCS measurement value is obtained by outlier elimination of the measurement value by Letts criterion.In the RCS reference database of the cooperative target,the RCS reference values of the corresponding observation period are obtained by interpolation method.Using the optimized RCS observation values and reference values,the RCS observation accuracy of the effective observation period is calculated,and the RCS measurement accuracy of the radar is evaluated by calculating the system difference and random difference.The method is applied to several ground radars,and the calculation results meet the specification requirement,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
