摘　　要：人民评价论是党在领导社会主义建设过程中对马克思主义中国化的理论创新,它经历了萌芽和发展成型两个阶段。对人民评价的制度式应用,就是建设人民评价体系,包括人民评价平台建设和相应的运行机制及保障机制建设。有效运用人民评价体系,对于党、国家和社会,都有重要的现实意义。The theory of people evaluation is the theoretical result of marxism innovation by the Party in the process of leading the socialist construction,and its own course includes two stages of germination and development.The systematic application of people evaluation theory is to construct people evaluation system,including the construction of people evaluation platform and corresponding operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.Effective use of the people evaluation system,for the party,the state,the people,society,relevant units,have important practical significance.
