摘 要:通过硬度计、电导仪、拉伸机、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等仪器分析研究Mg、Zn含量变化对T6态7005铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,120℃时效过程中,随着Mg含量的增加,T6态7005合金的峰时效时长逐渐减少,硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐升高,延伸率逐渐降低。随着Zn含量的增加,T6态合金的峰时效时长几乎无变化,硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度少量增加,延伸率逐渐增加。TEM结果表明在7005合金成分范围内,Mg含量变化对合金晶内和晶界析出相的数量和密度影响显著,Zn含量变化对7005合金沉淀析出行为的影响较小。The effects of Mg and Zn content changes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7005-T6 alloy were studied by means of hardness, conductivity, tensile, scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results indicate that with the increase of Mg content, the peak-aging time of 7005-T6 alloy gradually decreases, the hardness, tensile strength and yield strength gradually increase, and the elongation gradually decreases during aging at 120 ℃. With the increase of Zn content, the peak-aging time of 7005-T6 alloy has almost no change, but the hardness, tensile strength and yield strength increase slightly, and the elongation increases gradually. TEM results show that the change of Mg content has a significant effect on the number and density of precipitates in grains and grain boundaries, while the change of Zn content has little effect on the precipitation behavior in the composition range of 7005 alloy.
