摘  要:用扁锭热轧法生产的5083合金板带材的边部存在一种细长条丝状起皮,通过SEM电镜扫描仪、赛默飞世尔8820直读光谱仪进行宏观、微观和定量研究,分析了问题产生的原理。结果表明,5083合金的此类起皮与扁锭加热温度、热轧轧制边部冷却强度有直接关系。根据起皮产生原因采取对应改善措施,使5083合金板材边部起皮问题得到有效控制。此研究成果对变形铝合金表面质量提升具有参考价值。There is a kind of strip filamentous peeling on the edge of 5083 alloy strip produced by flat ingot hot rolling. The macro,micro and quantitative studies were carried out by SEM scanner and Thermo Fisher 8820 direct reading spectrometer, and the principle of the problem was analyzed. The results show that the peeling of 5083 alloy is directly related to the heating temperature of flat ingot and the cooling strength of hot rolling edge. According to the causes of peeling, corresponding improvement measures were taken to effectively control the peeling of 5083 alloy sheet. The research results provide a method for improving the surface quality of deformed aluminum alloy.
