摘 要:介绍了“1+4”热连轧生产1100铝圆片料的主要流程以及目前主要存在的问题。通过调整化学成分、均匀化工艺、终轧温度及加工量,对生产过程中的组织结构和制耳情况演变进行了研究,找到了1100铝圆片产品制耳率偏大的原因,最终制定了符合客户使用要求的生产工艺。实验结果表明:在1100合金中,增加热轧均匀化温度和提高热轧终轧温度,坯料组织可达到完全再结晶状态,为后续的成品退火提供了更加细小的形核中心,有利于制耳率的降低。同时适当增加Fe含量、降低Si含量及增大加工率均有利于制耳率的降低。The main process and existing problems of 1100 aluminum wafer production by "1+4" hot tandem rolling were introduced. By adjusting chemical composition, homogenizing process, final rolling temperature and processing amount, the microstructure and evolution of ear-making in the production process is researched, the reason why the ear-making rate of 1100 aluminum wafer is too large is found out, and finally established the production process that meets the requirements of customers. The experimental results show that in 1100 alloy, increasing the homogenization temperature and hot rolling finishing temperature, state of billet microstructure can achieve complete recrystallization, which provides more tiny nucleation center for subsequent product annealing, which is advantageous to reduce the earing rate. At the same time, increasing Fe content and lower Si content and increasing the processing are beneficial to reduce the earing rate.
