摘  要:对锻态7050铝合金在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上进行温度范围为330~480℃、应变速率范围为0.01、0.1、1、10 s的热压缩试验,并得到了对应条件下的流变应力数据。基于该流变应力数据建立了该合金的修正JC模型并采用该模型对流变应力进行了预测。同时,引入相关系数(R)和平均相对误差绝对值(AARE)对该模型的预测精度进行评估。此外,基于Fortran语言对Deform-3D软件进行了关于该模型的流变应力子程序二次开发,并对应变速率为1 s和温度为390℃条件下的压缩过程进行有限元模拟分析。结果表明,该模型的R值和AARE值分别为0.99331和5.0873%,模拟结果的成形载荷和平均应变与试验值相近,验证了该模型的高精确度和适用性。Hot compression tests for forged 7050 aluminum alloy were conducted on a Gleeble-3500 isothermal simulator in the temperature range of 330~480℃and strain rates of 0.01 s-1,0.1 s-1,1 s-1and 10s-1.The flow stress curves were obtained and a modified JC model was constructed to predict the flow stress.Meanwhile,the relative error(R)and average absolute relative error(AARE)were introduced to evaluate the accuracy of the model.Moreover,the subroutine of flow stress for the commercial software Deform-3D was developed based on the model using Fortran and the hot compression test at the condition of 1s-1&390℃was simulated.As a result,the R-value and AARE-value of the model were 0.99331 and 5.0873%respectively,and the load curve and average strain of the simulation results were very close to the test results,which indicates high precise and good applicability of the model.
