摘 要:在铝合金生产过程中,随着铸锭尺寸增大,偏析、疏松、晶粒尺寸增大等现象也越发明显。电磁搅拌铸造技术利用低频电磁场对铸造成型过程进行场外干预,通过对熔体搅动达到减少偏析、疏松以及优化铸造组织的目的。本文研究了不同电磁搅拌参数对2×××、4×××、7×××系铝合金?630 mm规格圆铸锭组织的影响。研究表明,电磁搅拌铸造技术可以在大规格圆锭上开展应用,并能有效降低晶粒尺寸,改善成分偏析现象;搅拌频率以30~40 Hz为宜,输出电流应根据合金特性及参数进行调整。Aluminum alloys are widely used in aerospace, transportation and other fields. In the production process, as the size of aluminum alloy ingot increases, segregation, porosity, grain size increase and other defects become more obvious. Electromagnetic stirring is the technique which using low-frequency electromagnetic field to intervene off-site in the casting and forming process to achieve the purpose of reducing segregation and porosity, and optimizing the casting tissue by stirring the melt. This paper mainly studies the effect of different stirring parameters, on the tissue of 2xxx, 4xxx and 7xxx series ? 630 round ingots. Research shows that electromagnetic stir casting can be applied to large-size round ingots, which can effectively reduce grain size and improve composition segregation phenomenon, with a stirring frequency of 30~40Hz as the most appropriate rate. The output current should be adjusted according to the alloy characteristics and actual parameters.
