摘　　要：针对传统测试系统模式固定且不适用于小批量、多品种、多场景的特点,设计一种多工位共用自动测试系统,用于功率放大模块及组件等电性能调试、测试及维修。通过资源合理配置以最大化重点设备利用率、工位柔性化配置来满足多品种、多场景需求,并进行实践论证。结果表明,该系统实现了测试效率的提升及成本降低,对其他类似测试系统搭建具有参考价值。Aiming at the characteristics of the traditional test system that the mode is fixed and not suitable for small batch,multi-variety and multi-scene,a multi workstation shared automatic test system is designed,which is used for the electrical performance debugging,testing and maintenance of power amplification modules and components.Use the rational allocation of resources to maximize the utilization rate of key equipment,flexible allocation of workstations to meet the needs of multiple varieties and scenarios,and practical demonstration.The results show that the system improves the test efficiency and reduces the cost,which has reference value for other similar test systems.
