摘  要:液罐车作为公路运输的重要工具,其安全问题十分重要。以某品牌液罐车为研究对象,通过理论推导确定了罐体界面、液体质心、侧倾力矩的数学模型,利用SolidWorks软件绘制了三维模型,确定罐体材料,并导入Ansys Fluent软件进行了不同工况下罐体内部液体晃动所带来的侧向冲击力变化仿真分析,进行相关验证实验。研究发现:该品牌液罐车充液比低于0.7时,侧向冲击力随时间成波动性变化,充液比高于0.8时,侧向冲击力在小范围内浮动;液罐车进行转向运动时,转向时加速度由0.1 g增至0.2 g、0.2 g增至0.3 g、0.3 g增至0.4 g时,罐体所受的侧向冲击力增幅分别为97.5%、41.9%、31.4%,侧倾力矩也分别随之以96.3%、37.7%、31.1%的增幅增加;对实验数据与仿真数据进行拟合,实验验证吻合良好,为液罐车的横向稳定性分析评估提供相关依据。As an important tool of highway transportation,the safety of liquid tanker is very important.A brand liquid tank car was taken as the research object.The mathematical models of the tank body interface,liquid centroid and roll moment were determined by theoretical derivation.The three-dimensional model was drawn by SolidWorks software,and the tank material was determined.The Ansys Fluent software was employed to carry out the simulation analysis of the lateral force change caused by the liquid sloshing inside the tank when the liquid tank car steering under the same lateral acceleration and different liquid ratios,and the same liquid ratio and different lateral acceleration.Finally,the relevant experimental research was carried out.The research shows that when the filling ratio of the brand liquid tanker is lower than 0.7,the lateral impact force fluctuates with time,and when the filling ratio is higher than 0.8,the lateral impact force fluctuates within a small range.When the acceleration of the liquid tank vehicle is from 0.1 g to 0.4 g,the lateral impact force on the tank increases by 97.5%,41.9%and 31.4%respectively,and the roll torque increases by 96.3%,37.7%and 31.1%respectively.The experimental data and simulation data are well fitted,and the experimental verification is in good agreement,which provides a sound basis for the lateral stability analysis and evaluation of liquid tank truck.
