摘  要:单细胞测序(single cell sequencing)是对单个细胞进行测序后利用生物信息学等手段进行分析的技术,包括单细胞分离、扩增测序和数据分析3个方面,主要应用于肿瘤、胚胎发育、免疫学等方面。随着单细胞测序技术的迅速发展,单细胞测序技术已成为研究细胞发育中基因组、转录组和表观基因组异质性的重要工具。单细胞测序可以获取单个细胞完整的全基因组,克服了大样本量、细胞异质性等问题,为研究细胞间异质性信息和细胞群体之间关系提供了新的研究策略。本文就单细胞测序方法及其在畜牧科学研究中的应用进行综述,并探讨其应用前景。Single-cell sequencing is essentially the analysis of a single cell using bioinformatics and other post-sequencing technologies. It is mainly used in tumors, embryonic development, immunology and other aspects. With the rapid development of single-cell sequencing technology, it has become an important tool for studying the heterogeneity of genome, transcriptome and epigenome during cell development. Single-cell sequencing, which provides the complete genome of a single cell, overcomes the problems of large sample size and cell heterogeneity and provides a new technology to study information on intercellular heterogeneity and the relationship between cell populations. The paper reviewed the sequencing methods of single cell sequencing and their application in animal production.
