摘 要:基于有限条法的弹性畸变屈曲分析方法已广泛用于冷弯薄壁型钢的应力分析,但该方法用于开孔梁构件应力分析时有一定的局限性。为了完善计算方法,针对腹板开孔冷弯薄壁型钢梁的畸变屈曲应力计算问题作了研究。基于相关研究中提出的折减厚度有限条法对冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢梁进行理论分析,并与有限元分析结果进行对比。研究结果表明,采用折减厚度的方法能够准确地计算开孔梁构件的弹性畸变屈曲应力。The elastic distortional buckling analysis method based on the finite strip method has been widely used in the calculation of cold-formed thin-walled steel.However,the finite strip method will have its limitations when there are holes in the section.In order to improve the calculation method,the distortion buckling stress calculation of cold-formed thin-walled steel beams with web openings is studied.Based on the reduced thickness finite strip method proposed in the related research,the cold-formed thin-wall lipped groove steel beam is theoretically analyzed and compared with the finite element analysis results.The results show that the thickness reduction methods can accurately calculate the elastic distortional buckling stress of a beam with a hole.
