摘 要:为解决空气导流板产品传统手工MIG焊接存在的焊接质量差、焊接效率低下以及铝合金焊接给施焊人员带来的危害问题,针对第三代CAP1400核电站空气导流板产品进行了介绍,根据目前国内企业制造铝合金自动焊接工艺的实际使用情况进行了分析,评估了CAP1400核电站空气导流板使用铝合金自动焊接工艺的可行性,根据实际的焊接要求、焊接试验数据以及具体的生产条件,开发了一种适于空气导流板用铝合金焊接的智能化设备及新工艺,通过使用自动焊设备代替人工作业,改善了人工作业环境,极大地提高了空气导流板产品的焊接质量和生产效率,以确保核电装备的顺利运行与长期服役。可为后续的铝合金相关结构的核电关键零部件的制备提供参考。In order to solve the problems of poor welding quality and low welding efficiency of traditional manual MIG welding of air deflector products and the harm caused by aluminum alloy welding to the welding personnel, the air deflector products of the third generation CAP1400 nuclear power station are introduced and analyzed according to the actual use of aluminum alloy automatic welding process in domestic enterprises. The feasibility of using the aluminum alloy automatic welding process for the air deflector of CAP1400 nuclear power station is evaluated. According to the actual welding requirements, welding test data and specific production conditions, an intelligent equipment and new process suitable for the aluminum alloy welding for the air deflector are developed. The welding quality and production efficiency of the air deflector products are greatly improved to ensure the smooth operation and long-term service of nuclear power equipment. It can provide a reference for the subsequent preparation of nuclear power key parts of aluminum alloy related structures.
