摘 要:为探究Cd^(2+)、Cr^(3+)复合污染对燕麦和紫花苜蓿生长发育的影响以及燕麦和紫花苜蓿对Cd^(2+)、Cr^(3+)复合污染土壤的修复作用,该文以燕麦和紫花苜蓿为试材,在实验室条件下,将燕麦、紫花苜蓿以单作(将燕麦和紫花苜蓿分别种植在相同浓度的培养液中)和间作(将燕麦和紫花苜蓿分行种植在同一浓度的培养液中)2种种植模式下的幼苗用浓度0、5、10、15、20 mg/L的1/2 CdSO_(4)-HoagLand水培液和浓度0、25、50、75、100 mg/L的1/2 CrCl_(3)-HoagLand水培液1∶1复合胁迫处理,最终检测2种模式下植物的各项指标和体内重金属的富集量。通过分析可溶性糖、丙二醛等指标的变化,说明2种种植模式下的紫花苜蓿幼苗抗逆性优于燕麦;2种种植模式下紫花苜蓿对重金属镉、铬的富集能力均强于燕麦;在复合胁迫下,燕麦在间作模式下对铬富集量高于单作模式;燕麦体内重金属铬的富集量明显高于镉,但远不及紫花苜蓿体内重金属镉、铬富集量。结果表明,对重金属镉的富集,燕麦和紫花苜蓿均间作模式优于单作模式;对重金属铬的富集,紫花苜蓿单作模优于间作,而燕麦间作模式优于单作。同等情况下,紫花苜蓿对2种重金属的富集能力优于燕麦。In order to explore the compound pollution of Cd^(2+) and Cr^(3+) on oats(Avena sativa L.)and alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.),the effect of growth and development and the remediation effect of oats and alfalfa on Cd^(2+) and Cr^(3+) compound contaminated soil were investigated.Oatmeal and alfalfa were used as the experimental material.Under the laboratory conditions,in the two planting modes including single(oats and alfalfa grown in the same concentration)and intercropping(oatmeal and alfalfa branches grown at the same concentration),treatment of compound stress of 1∶1 was done with 1/2 CdSO_(4)-HoagLand hydroponic fluid at different concentrations 0,5,10,15,20 mg/L and 1/2 CrCl_(3)-HoagLand hydroponic fluid at different concentrations 0,25,50,75,100 mg/L in seedlings,the plant indicators and the enrichment of heavy metals in vivo were obtained.Results indicated that by analyzing the changes of soluble sugar,malondialdehyde and other indicators,it shows that the stress resistance of alfalfa seedlings in the two planting modes is better than that of oats.The enrichment capacity of alfalfa on heavy metal cadmium and chromium in the two planting modes is stronger than that of oats.Under compound stress,oat showed higher enrichment against chromium in the intercropping mode.The concentration of chromium in oats is significantly higher than that of cadmium,but far less than that of cadmium and chromium in alfalfa.Comprehensive analysis shows that for the enrichment of cadmium,the intercropping mode of oats and alfalfa is better than that of single mode;for the enrichment of chromium,the single mode of alfalfa is better than that of intercropping,and the intercropping mode of oats is better than that of single mode.In the same case,alfalfa’s enrichment ability of two heavy metals is better than that of oats.
