摘　　要：监察官队伍建设一直倍受我国古代历代统治者重视,其严控选拔标准条件、严密任用程序规范和严格履职尽责管理的做法和经验,为当前推进健全完善纪检监察干部准入标准,建立健全纪检监察干部考评机制和强化纪检监察干部自我监督提供了借鉴。The construction of supervisory organs was taken seriously by the rulers in ancient dynastic China.The practice of strict selection criteria,strict appointment procedures and due diligence management then may serve as a mirror for us now in setting up criteria,establishing and promoting the evaluation mechanism for discipline inspection and supervision cadres,as well as in strengthening the self-supervision of the supervisory groups.
