摘　　要：随着国家利益不断向海外延伸,我国安全和发展同外部世界联系更加紧密,坚决维护国家海洋利益成为新时代中国海军义不容辞的责任。远海防卫作战是应对海上危机和突发事件、维护海外利益的重要保证,舰艇部队只有充分发挥党委领导作用,把好政治方向、发挥组织功能、发扬民主集中、强化宣传动员,才能在未来远海防卫作战中把党委领导这一政治优势转化为打赢制胜的军事优势,圆满完成党和人民赋予的神圣使命。As the national interests continue to extend overseas,China′s security and development are more closely linked with the outside world.It is the bounden duty of the Chinese navy to resolutely safeguard China′s maritime interests in new era.Open sea defense operation is an important guarantee to deal with maritime crises and emergencies and safeguard overseas interests.Only by giving full play to the leading role of the Party Committee can we transform the political advantage of Party Committee leadership into the military advantage of winning in the open sea defense operations in the future.
