摘 要:新形势下装备试验对象日益多样、试验内容日趋复杂、试验手段日渐丰富,信息化、体系化的联合试验特点越发显著,常规的试验鉴定模式已很难满足联合试验要求。通过引入工程组织管理特点和规则,分析了联合试验组织改进的必要性和可行性,重点探析了应用工程组织管理思想构建联合试验组织的方法步骤和工作重点,期望对开展各类联合试验提供借鉴和参考。Under the new situation,the diversity of equipment test objects,the complexity of test contents,the variety of test means,as well as the characteristics of information-based systematic joint tests-all these factors make it difficult to meet the requirements of joint tests by copying from conventional test and qualification modes.By introducing the characteristics and rules of engineering organization management,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of joint test organization improvement,and focuses on the methods,steps and work emphasis of constructing joint test organization by applying engineering organization management thought,hoping to provide reference for carrying out various joint tests.
